The website offers the owners a marketing tool independent of the booking channels that holidy rental properties often use such as Airbnb and Stayz.

It gives far greater opportunity to showcase the premises, inclusions, location etc allowing prospective holidaymakers to ‘picture’ themselves at the property, none of which can be totally captured on an Airbnb listing. The website will drive enquiry and subsequent bookings.
