What fun it was to develop this real estate website for the team at Bowe & Lidbury Stock & Station Agents.

Based in the Hunter Valley this agency works in livestock sales, real estate (predeminantly rural properties) and clearing sales. Bowe & Lidbury have offices in Maitland and Gloucester NSW.

The brief was to capture these three parts of the business in a modern and user-friendly website that was mobile-responsive and capable of storing and displaying a high number of quality images.  The client wanted the website to match the strong brand their business had built up over many years.

We tailored the WordPress content management system to make it super easy for staff from the two offices to load the stock onto the website. We also customised a newsletter feature which can be created in the back-end of the site and select any post(s) on the website for weekly transmisison to a substantial subscriber list. Subscribers can be segmented according to interest.

The property listing layout was customised to display the typical features required in real estate website design such as:

• property features eg number of bedrooms & bathrooms, car spaces
• property description
• land size
• price
• social sharing
• enquire about this property
• image gallery
